agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase from our

We specialize in selling custom-made furniture designed to
suit your unique preferences and needs.

Each piece is made to order, and as such, production times
and availability may vary.

 

Customization: Please contact us if you need additional info
regarding materials used, design, size, and other features before placing an
order.

No Resale: Our products are intended for personal use only
and are not for resale.

 

3. Order Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy a
product. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to
refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as:

• Product availability
• Errors in product information
• Payment issues
• Fraudulent activity
• Or reasons not explicitly explained in this terms of service.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing:
  All prices are listed in Rand “R” and are inclusive of taxes and exclusive
  of shipping fees.
• Payment:
  We accept payments via VISA and Mastercard
• Changes:
  Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

 

5. Custom Orders

For custom-made furniture, you will be asked to provide
specific design details when placing an order. Please double-check all
specifications, as custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is
a defect in workmanship.

• Design Confirmation: We will send you a design mock-up for approval before production begins. Once approved, signed and paid, changes cannot be made, and the order will proceed.
• Production Time: Custom-made items typically take 1-2 weeks to manufacture, but
  this may vary based on complexity and availability of materials.
• Final Approval: You are responsible for confirming the design and dimensions before production. Any delays due to changes requested after approval will be your responsibility. Further charges may be incurred if changed after your final approval.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping
Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the
delivery address and the size of your order.

Delivery
Time: Delivery times will vary based on location and product size.
Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Custom orders will
take longer to arrive due to production times.

Risk
of Loss: If your package is lost or stolen by the courier company or
while shipped, you will have the following options: re-order the item
previously ordered at no cost to you, request a refund which will then be
paid within 3 working days and should reflect in your bank account withing
5 working days or order a different product with the credit of the lost/stolen
product.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership:
All designs, images, logos, and content on our website are the property of
Freelute PTY Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Licenses:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the
website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce,
distribute, or modify any content from our site without our permission.
