• Shipping rates for large items are based on their weight, size and the distance to the delivery location.
• For large items, we will deliver using our own vehicles, so tracking will not be available. However, we will contact you the day before delivery to arrange a convenient time. Please look out for our call – we promise we're not spam!
• For small items, the services of Courier Guy will be used.

• We offer a 30-day full refund or exchange policy. If you're dissatisfied with any product you've purchased from us, please reach out, and we'll be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange.
• If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the product is correct and undamaged, but you wish to return it within 30 days of delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• After 30 days, we will continue to offer technical support for product care.
• Please note, we cannot issue a refund if the product is damaged by you, anyone else, or due to natural causes. NOTE: Only the picnic table is suitable for outdoor use and is eligible for repair or refund if damaged by weather within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving your returned item(s).

• Cancellations will be refunded in full prior to shipment of order. Except for customized items.
• Customized items will not be refunded.
